Trojan Dining Hall Selections

Flying Star Diner is the featured station in the dining hall. Here you will find complete breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings. Center Grill is where you will find All Day Breakfast on Tuesday and Thursday featuring items such as French toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs and made to order breakfast sandwiches. Lunch favorites include Fried Chicken Wednesday, macaroni and cheese, fried fish and meatloaf. Dinner options include Taco Tuesday, burgers, quesadillas, French fries, tater tots and more. 

Bella Trattoria includes assorted signature pizzas, casserettes, pasta and an action station Monday-Friday. Build your own breakfast omelet and create your own pasta dish for lunch and dinner! Pasta made to order options include a choice of sauces such as marinara, Alfredo, and butter garlic. Toppings include sausage, chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, diced tomatoes, olive oil and more.

Magellan’s is located on the second floor of the dining hall. Choose your ingredients such as spinach, carrots, mushrooms, onions, chicken, tofu and more and watch your meal being prepared hibachi style. Weekly specials that dabble in different world cuisines are available including a gyro bar, stir fry and Fish Taco Friday.

At Wild Mushroom (Tutto Fresco) fresh fruits, oatmeal, grits, hot syrup and the all-day waffle bar is located on the backside of the station. Create your own salad during lunch and dinner from selections such as California blend, spinach, broccoli, beets, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, garbanzo beans, beets, black olives, pepperoncini, tofu, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and much more. Find hot soups such as Italian wedding, three bean, cream of potato chili, broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle, tomato, vegetable, fire roasted corn, clam chowder and more. You can also find a variety of prepared salads at The Chef’s Table.

Basic Kneads
Enjoy fresh fruit smoothies Monday-Friday. Baked breakfast goods include Blueberry, banana nut, and sweet bread muffins, low-fat bagels with spreads such as peanut butter, jelly and flavored cream cheeses. Specialty Bakery selections such as bars, brownies, pies, cakes, and a variety of cookies and ice cream is served daily. Whole fruit such as bananas, apples and oranges are seasonal.

The Deli located behind Basic Kneads offers build your own sandwiches from a variety of breads, deli meats, cheese and spreads. Deli specialty sandwiches include a Caprese panini, tuna sub, chicken Caesar wrap, and daily specials.

Vegan/Vegetarian
Menu items at this station contain no meat, fish or poultry, or any meat products such as soup base. Our vegetarian offerings meet the needs of lacto-ovo vegetarians and may include eggs and/or dairy products. Vegan offerings contain no meat, fish, eggs, milk or other animal-derived products such as honey.

Simple Servings
Simple Servings is our allergen-safe, dining option for our customers with food allergies or gluten intolerance. This station offers food free from peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, eggs, and gluten-containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contact with food allergens.
